May 20th Race Meeting at Mallala

If any gearbox karts are planning to attend the May 20th race meeting at Mallala please let me know. This meeting is only 1 week before the Phillip Island round of the gearbox nationals so there may not be enough entries to support a gearbox class. If there is enough karts then the club will include a gearbox class otherwise there will only be non-gearbox.

Racer OZ,

Not sure if you are coming to our April 1st meeting, but sheds are not available for hire at the track on the Sunday. If you want a shed you can arrange it on the Saturday practice day at the track or call he track owner (Clem Smith at Clem Smith Motors) if you will only be there on the Sunday. A few of us just pit on the lawn area under instant shelters which is fine if the weather is not crap.

If you need any assistance with anything to enable you to come over to our race meeting please let me know.

Thanks Brett, planning on coming over. Both myself and my brother Dale will be running nationals. Have an easy up to use if needed. Was planning on getting there around lunchtime Saturday. Not practicing but may cruise out and book a shed. What's the price??

I think they are $120.00 per bay which you can jam 2 karts in. They are domestic sheds so each bay is about 3M wide and 6M deep. If you are lucky they will give you a double shed with nobody else in it so you get both bays.
