Ash I was surprised when I looked at natsoft to see that the Shannons round was at PI I thought it was a mistake then to see this round wasn't involved with Shannons took me back a bit as I was told the only way we could stay with Shannons was to make a commitment to 3 rounds. Anyway besides that not much has been said by ska on facebook or this forum or any where much regarding results for each class, what happened to those who entered and were not racing and so on. Hopefully we will see some footage from someone and a report of all will come out soon. ;D
If what Brendan is saying is true, maybe there should be more engine measuring, plus include some fuel measuring/checking too. I got sick of asking for this over many years which should not be the onus of the drivers to have to ask promotors. Again if this is true, first time done at SKA event that I'm aware of. In recent years only engine measuring done at NGB Nationals at Phillip Island and also sealed engines at Mallala for Stock Honda and checked for 1,2 and 3 places at end of meeting which left everyone satisfied that all was legit.
Need more of it so credit then goes to the drivers/teams where credit is due and not the backyard bully ramblings that "he/she must be cheating".
I still have AKA numbered engine sealing kits that I'm happy to donate out of my own pocket for upcoming NGB / Stock Honda Nationals Phillip Island.
