On Saturday 15th February 2014 CAMS ran the CAMS Club General Assembly in Melbourne, all CAMS Clubs were invited to attend and each Club could send two members to attend free of charge, extra members could attend but had to pay the $65.00 registration fee. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea were provided. It was interesting to note that even though Clubs from all over Australia attended, even from Darwin and WA, no representitives from any of the Superkart Clubs attended and that included Victoria. This was a good chance to catch up with what is going on and ask questions.

9.45 Social Media: The good the bad and everything in-between -What your Club needs to know about dealing with online issues. (very good). (Susan McLean an expert on the matter)

Re: CAMS Club General Assembly
It was a time to answer all those questions instead of whinging about CAMS and wondering about what is going on.
Re: CAMS Club General Assembly
Only because I think most clubs around the country would find it hard to justify flying a couple of people to Melbourne to ask questions when we have email and phones.
What was the outcome of the Queensland track situation if I may ask?
Jason.

Re: CAMS Club General Assembly
It was stated that they are working with people that are looking at new tracks in QLD, as Eugene stated he could not go into more detail because they have problems with people getting in and trying to white ant the projects before they get off the ground. They have already committed to only running under CAMS and he was hopefull that they would start in the next couple of years.
Mike I couldn't agree more with your statement, we have to make sure that Superkarting does not get left behind.
