How many hours are people getting out of their x30 front sprockets? I have about 8 hours on mine and it looks pretty gone. The chain gets oiled every 10 laps or so.
I used to use Boston chain spray then bought a new bottle of motul. Spray was applied to the chain which was cleaned prior to the session as was the sprockets. Lube was applied until the chain was dripping. Maybe I needed to wait for it to dry and apply several coats. But you are right, looks like nowhere near enough lube.
I apply twice before going out for the first time of the day. Once early, then a little while later before my first session. Each time I come back in I apply more whilst everything is still warm.
I don't clean it off between runs (unless i've been lawn mowing ;-), and clean well once I get home, oil for next time then store the kart.

This seems to work for me.
