We have a Vortex Mini-ROK that hasn’t been turned over in 3 months (Thanks Covid)- but was working fine before the break and is only 10 hours old.
I’ve cleaned the carb, put in a fresh spark plug (definitely getting spark) and can turn the motor over if there is fuel in the lines/carb. But obviously once the lines go dry the engine dies.
I’ve narrowed the issue down to the Dellorto Fuel pump not pulling fuel down the lines to the carb. It has only just had a new rebuild kit done to it (2 practice sessions done on it before the break), but not sure if I need to do ANOTHER rebuild kit on it because of it being idle for the last 3 months?
Engine is definitely giving it pulse, and clearing it out, doesn’t sound like there is a blockage - not sure what else if anyone else has had this issue on their kids kart and can give some advice before I go out and get another rebuild kit.
(Any help greatly appreciated guys)

Check Pulse lines
Have you checked the pulse lines themselves are not split or leaking as this will stop fuel being pumped to the carby. I've previously experienced something similar and the split was not obvious, however replacing the lines rectified the problem.
Pulse line all good.
Yeah definitely all good on that end. Put a new on just in case to test and still no good… :(
